Tuna Tartare
Ingredients:
Fresh Sushi Grade Tuna Steak
1/2 Avocado
Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Lime Juice
Sriracha
Black and White Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
Cut the tuna into small, fine pieces.
Slice the avocado into small pieces.
Mix the ingredients for the sauce: soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, sriracha, sesame seeds.
Mix all of the ingredients together with the tuna and avocado, and let sit for about 5 minutes to really get the juices in.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
