Tuna Tartare

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Sushi Grade Tuna Steak

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • Soy Sauce

  • Sesame Oil

  • Lime Juice

  • Sriracha

  • Black and White Sesame Seeds

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut the tuna into small, fine pieces.

  2. Slice the avocado into small pieces.

  3. Mix the ingredients for the sauce: soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, sriracha, sesame seeds.

  4. Mix all of the ingredients together with the tuna and avocado, and let sit for about 5 minutes to really get the juices in.

  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
